03.    Mediterranean Restaurant

Interior designer: Lisa Chorna
Project area: 2,000 sqf

A Mediterranean restaurant paired with a specialty coffee bar, offering a bright and airy space designed with natural materials and vivid accents. The palette combines light and deep blues, dusted pinks, warm yellows, vibrant oranges, and rich olive tones, all harmoniously integrated into a neutral, nude-toned environment.

Textures and patterns — including wood, straw, and hand-crafted tiles — add warmth and authenticity, while maintaining a balanced aesthetic that never overwhelms the senses.
Every detail invites guests to slow down, breathing in the rich aromas of freshly brewed coffee and Mediterranean spices.

The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, evoking the relaxed feeling of lounging on a sun-drenched terrace.
A union of rustic materials, vintage furniture, and modern textures creates a timeless, layered environment where stress and the rush of daily life are left behind.

A key focus of the design is accessibility and inclusivity. The layout carefully follows building codes and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines to ensure that all guests, including those with mobility needs, can comfortably navigate and enjoy the space. This includes barrier-free entrances, accessible restrooms, appropriate circulation space around tables, and thoughtfully designed seating options.
